Many of our pieces, including our initial jewelry, are engraved and made to order based on the letter or details you select at checkout. You are responsible for confirming that your personalization choices are correct before completing your purchase. Because these items are custom made for you, they are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or personalized incorrectly on our end. We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
